Payment
I accept PayPal and credit cards. Payment for your order is due upon purchase. Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
Returns and Order Cancellations
I do not accept cancellations or returns at this time.
Refunds
All orders are final.
Shipping
- For all US orders, please allow up to 3 weeks after the purchase date for your knits to be shipped. Packages will typically take 2-3 business days to arrive after shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. Please allow up to 3 weeks after the purchase date for your knits to be shipped. Packages will typically take 7-10 business days to arrive after shipment, though it varies per country. I am not able to identify how long any order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and will include a tracking number that is sent with your confirmation email.
- I will send a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Please make sure that the address you provide is correct. I am not responsible for packages being sent to wrong addresses. I ship to the address provided on your order so please make sure it's correct! If for any reason a package is returned to me due to a wrong address, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee to resend it.
- If you would like your order to be sent to a different address than yours as a gift for someone else, send me a message along with your order.
- I am not responsible for lost packages and refunds are not available for lost packages.
Product Disclaimer
- Items will be shipped about 3 weeks after the date the order was places. Please keep in mind that each piece is made by hand and is knit/crocheted with a lot of time and care! Thanks for your patience as you wait to receive your knits! :)
